“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” |

Blessed in Grief. |

Hello Reader,
Do you know that when we grieve, it slows life down to a stop?
We feel out of place, perhaps lost. We struggle to find a way to process.
Whether we're grieving the loss of someone, a relationship, or a season of life, today's verse from Matthew offers the confidence that Jesus' words assure us: God's comfort is always present in these hard times.
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches that when we grieve or mourn, we are blessed and in God's favor.
Also reminding us that, in these difficult times, God's presence is with us, walking alongside us in sorrow.

How to Apply It To Your Life...
🌿
Allow Yourself to Grieve Mourning is not a lack of faith—it is a human response to love and loss.
|
|
✝️
Trust That Comfort Is Coming Even if it feels distant right now, Jesus promises that grief will not have the final word.
|
|
🕊️
Lean Into God’s Presence In sorrow, draw near to God rather than pulling away; His nearness is often most tangible in broken seasons.

Let's Pray Together...
Thank You, Lord, for walking with me through this sorrow.
At times, my grief feels overwhelming, and I do not always understand the reasons for my loss.
Yet even in the midst of pain, I know I am held in Your loving gaze, and I trust that You will guide me through the darkness.
Whether I am mourning someone deeply cherished or grieving a change that has reshaped my life, I take comfort in this truth: You do not change.
You remain steady, faithful, and present with me—not just for today, but for eternity.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Have A Blessed Day Out There.
Today's verse reminds us that grief does not disqualify us from blessing, and it places us in the very space where God’s comfort meets us most personally.
When we mourn, we are never alone. God is with us on an intimate level, guiding us through sorrow and giving us understanding of the struggle and turmoil we face.
If you are grieving today, take heart: you are not alone in your sorrow. The God who sees your tears is also the God who promises comfort.
Quentin.
